Nash Point

My most favourite spot to head with the camera. Nash Point is characterised by its iconic cliffs and 19th century grade 2 listed lighthouse. The tall or east tower was the last manned lighthouse in Wales and was paired with the smaller low or west tower which protected ships from the dangerous Nash Sands. The lighthouses were constructed in the early 1930's from limestone hauled up the cliffs from the beach and it protects mariners to the present day.
